Slam Stewart's Trio perform "Oh Me, Oh My, Oh Gosh" in a scene from the 1947 film "Boy! What A Girl!"
The trio is comprised of Slam Stewart (string bass & vocals), Beryl Booker (piano), and John Collins (guitar).
Slam was first motivated to sing with his bowed bass when he heard Ray Perry singing along with his violin while attending the Boston Conservatory.
